Accounting Manager

JOB SUMMARY

This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with government regulations and maintaining the integrity of our accounting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and finalize monthly Financial Statements (FS)
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions

General Accounting

• Review, prepare, and post journal vouchers
• Clean up accounts and ensure reconciliations are up to date
• Review bank reconciliations and related party transactions
• Validate Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs) and attachments for BIR compliance

Government Compliance

• Monitor updates from BIR/SEC websites to ensure full compliance
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports and submissions
• Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for BIR audits (LOAs)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or related field
• CPA License (Preferred but not required)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in:
• Financial Statement preparation
• BIR, SSS, and SEC compliance
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and BIR regulations
• Preferably with solid experience in hospitality industry
• Available to start immediately is preferred
