Lead the Close - Work Directly with US Finance Leaders
We are hiring an Accounting Manager to lead month-end close and financial reporting for US clients operating in fast-growing SME environments. This role is ideal for professionals who are ready to take ownership of accounting workflows, collaborate closely with US stakeholders, and contribute to scalable finance operations.
You will work directly with US finance leaders while managing core accounting processes in lean, high-impact environments.
What You Will Own
- Lead full month-end close processes under US GAAP
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Manage close timelines and coordinate deliverables across accounting workflows
- Partner directly with US Controllers, finance teams, and stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Support and guide junior accounting team members where required
- Maintain strong controls and reporting accuracy across finance operations
What We're Looking For
- 6–8+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP exposure
- Experience leading end-to-end close cycles
- Strong general ledger and financial reporting expertise
- Experience working directly with US stakeholders or international teams
- ERP/accounting systems experience preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced business environments
- Ownership mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
