What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required)
- Proven track record as an Accounting Manager in the same or similar industry, driving financial success in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of Philippine accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and precision
