Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Manager based in Metro Manila. In this position, you will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage budgeting and financial reporting processes, and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls while guiding financial strategies to ensure organizational financial health and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Excellent Analytical Skills to support decision-making and problem-solving
• Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and governance
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in team management and financial strategy development is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
