Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila for a Finance Accounting Manager. The role involves overseeing and reviewing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, preparing budgets, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. The Finance Accounting Manager will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain fiscal responsibility and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and expertise in Finance processes
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Experience in Financial Reporting and compliance with accounting standards
• Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and monitor Budgeting processes
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required
• Proficiency in financial tools and software
• Ability to lead and manage teams while promoting a collaborative work environment
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
