Accounting Lead

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA license is an advantage, but not required

At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, BIR Reporting, and bookkeeping

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the accounting team in daily operations

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports

Monitor and review general ledger entries and reconciliations

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when necessary

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Improve accounting systems and internal controls
