Accounting/Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasay for an Accounting/Finance Manager. The role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accounting/Finance Manager will manage budgets, provide financial insights to support decision-making, and supervise the accounting team. Additional responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, conducting audits, streamlining accounting processes, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in financial reporting, budget management, and cash flow analysis
• Strong skills in risk management, internal auditing, and compliance with financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software, data analysis tools, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Leadership and team management experience, with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or relevant financial certification is highly preferred
• Previous experience in the mining or resource extraction industry is advantageous
