You will manage day-to-day accounting activities, lead the accounting team, and maintain strong coordination with banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial policies aligned with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
- Oversee daily accounting tasks: AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial transactions.
- Prepare budgets and monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency.
- Create quarterly financial reports and support year-end audits.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes and government contributions.
- Manage banking activities locally and internationally.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Maintain cash flow forecasts for business planning.
- Build relationships with banks, auditors, and government agencies.
- Support financial projects and assist in daily finance-related operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license is required.
- Strong computer skills; background in financial data analytics is a plus.
- Excellent in English and Tagalog communication (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, adapt, and work independently.
