Lead and manage full-cycle regional accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Ensure regional accounting functions are executed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policies and financial reporting requirements.
Develop, implement, and enhance accounting procedures and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide training and guidance to accounting staff to ensure consistent and timely completion of accounting activities.
Collaborate closely with Corporate Accounting and other Regional Accounting Directors to ensure consistent implementation of accounting policies and procedures across all regions.
Support the Corporate Accounting team in implementing, coordinating, and administering internal control procedures and policies.
Partner with internal and external auditors to provide complete, timely, and accurate responses to audit inquiries and information requests.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
Extensive experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
