Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage full-cycle regional accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ensure regional accounting functions are executed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policies and financial reporting requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance accounting procedures and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and guidance to accounting staff to ensure consistent and timely completion of accounting activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Accounting and other Regional Accounting Directors to ensure consistent implementation of accounting policies and procedures across all regions.
  • Support the Corporate Accounting team in implementing, coordinating, and administering internal control procedures and policies.
  • Partner with internal and external auditors to provide complete, timely, and accurate responses to audit inquiries and information requests.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
