Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting transactions for an assigned area of Accounting within a specific business unit or subsidiary/ies of Shang Properties, Inc.
• Implement systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and internal/external financial standards.
• Support accurate financial reporting and contribute to the smooth operation of the Finance team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience, or fresh graduate with strong academic background
• Basic understanding of company operations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
