We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliableAccounting Associateto support our daily accounting operations. The role involves handling the financial records, assisting in reporting, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and process daily financial transactions (e.g., payables, receivables, expenses)
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules
Monitor and reconcile accounts, including bank and vendor accounts
Support billing, collections, and payment processing
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
Assist during audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial data and transaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
At least 1 year of accounting or finance-related experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel experience with accounting systems is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
