Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Executes day-to-day bookkeeping data entry, reconciliations and other transactional and compliance
  • tasks (as applicable)
  • Initiates communication with clients for data clarification and initial questions
  • Manage month-end closing of accounts and prepare clients financial reports in collaboration with your
  • manager
  • Performs tasks based on client workstreams and Standard Operations Procedures
  • Compliance on established processes
  • Identify and escalate issues to seniors or managers

Key Attributes

  • Can work with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy/Management
  • Accounting/Accounting Technology
  • With at least 1-3+ yrs work experience in accounting related field (Taxation, Audit, Payroll, General
  • Accounting)
  • Experience in QuickBooks, XERO or any cloud based accounting system is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
  • Willing to work in a hybrid set up and can commute going to Mandaluyong City.
