Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue a statement of account to customers
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables
  • Process payables
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Ensure validity and accuracy of transactions
  • Organize financial data into useable information and relevant reports
  • Prepare analysis of movement in account balances
  • Maintain updated records for accounts monitored
  • Prepare tax returns (Withholding Tax, Final Tax, VAT, etc.)
  • Other ad hoc matters

Education and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related studies.
  • FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Audit, Inventory, and General Ledger is an advantage.
