The Accounting Assistant provides support in performing general accounting work. He/She assists the
SC-Accounting Specialist in monitoring and recording all financial transactions and inventory related
transactions in the daily operations of the Supply Center.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare check disbursement vouchers and journal vouchers for inventory-trade transactions from time to
time.
- Prepares purchase orders monthly based on the mother purchase summary
- Monitors SC products selling prices versus cost and gives recommendations if there's a need for revision in selling
prices.
- Encode inventory purchases in the accounting system.
- Ensures the accuracy of inventory records in QuickBooks by monitoring them from time to time.
- Daily reporting of reorder alerts to inform all concerned employees.
- Do other tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related courses
- With or without experience are welcome to apply
- Willing to work here at Pasig Head office from Mondays to Saturdays
