About The Opportunity
Step into a key finance role where you ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and strong customer relationships. You contribute to highquality financial operations by driving efficient AR processes, resolving issues proactively, and supporting endtoend service excellence.
Your tasks include
- Monitoring accounts receivable, executing collection strategies, and following up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding balances.
- Maintaining positive client relationships by addressing billing inquiries and resolving disputes promptly and professionally.
- Providing regular AR reports by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements.
- Understanding business needs and delivering service aligned with operational requirements.
- Establishing sustainable daily management, problemsolving, and performance management processes.
- Ensuring adherence to DTPs and policies while improving service quality and compliance.
- Driving quality, user experience, and effectiveness across endtoend AR processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience handling Accounts Receivable processes and resolving billing issues (23 years preferred). Knowledgeable in SAP and Salesforce with the ability to collaborate across operational teams
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong drive to meet performance targets.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a customerservice mindset; skilled in conflict resolution and problemsolving.
- Amenable to working the night shift and managing responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
- Willing to work onsite at QIAGEN Manila's office in Taguig City.
