ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise on overall Enstack features for the sellers
  • Responsible for the seamless onboarding of new sellers assigned to them
  • Responsible for nurturing relationships with new sign-up sellers and helping them leverage Enstack for their business.
  • Achieve communicated daily, weekly, and monthly metric goals but not limited to the number of sellers contacted, sales, and transactions over a period of time
  • Respond to inbound/outbound inquiries via call, chat, and email of sellers and liaise with the internal team for any escalation and resolution
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate the activities of sellers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Agile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Time and account management skills are preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Works well under pressure
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with GSuite
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Telesales, customer service, and/or collections background is a plus
