Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Officer role based in Makati. The Account Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, and promoting the bank's products and services. Daily tasks include evaluating client financial information, recommending appropriate banking solutions, processing account opening and loan applications, and monitoring account performance and compliance with bank policies. The role also involves preparing and reviewing credit proposals, coordinating with internal teams for account servicing, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns. The Account Officer is expected to contribute to branch sales targets, maintain accurate records, and uphold high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Strong finance and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
  • Proven customer service and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in banking, lending, or financial services is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client relationships and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulations, risk management principles, and basic credit analysis is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
