As an
Account Officer for Liberty Insurance Corporation, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing insurance clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is a
full-time, on-site role based in our Makati City office, serving clients nationwide.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and they receive exceptional customer service
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients
- Source and secure new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
- Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and quotes to prospective clients
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist clients with claims processing and guide policy terms and conditions
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, products, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with the wider insurance team to share best practices and support business growth
- Knowledgeable in handling Travel, Motor, Fire, and Engineering Insurance, as well as Bonds and Brokers accounts, is a plus
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an insurance sales or account management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with insurance products and regulations in the Philippines market
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing
