We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to manage insurance policy servicing and client coordination. The role involves handling policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate issuance and renewal of insurance policies
- Monitor and follow up via email and calls on policy requests, renewals, and endorsements
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding their policies and related documents
- Prepare proposals and quotations for various insurance lines for client submission
- Coordinate with insurance companies for rates and approval of proposals/quotations
Qualification:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in non-life insurance products is a must
- Work experience in an insurance broker company is an advantage
- Able to establish rapport with clients and business partners
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
