As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, and handle additional tasks as directed, including managing managers accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling check and bank transactions, managing government taxes and contributions, updating books of accounts, and fulfilling other related responsibilities as ordered.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Bank and Transaction Handling:

a.Manage daily transactions, including processing and recording of checks and bank transfers.

b.Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.

c.Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize company resources.

2.Government Taxes and Contributions:

a.Ensure timely and accurate filing of government taxes and contributions.

b.Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the construction industry.

c.Work closely with relevant government agencies to address any tax-related matters.

3.Books of Accounts Maintenance:

a.Update and maintain the company's books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

b.Manage accounts receivables, including timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.

c.Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.

4.Manager's Accounts and Special Tasks:

a.Handle the accounts of managers as directed, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

b.Fulfill other related financial tasks and special projects as ordered by management.

5.Financial Audits:

a.Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

b.Implement audit recommendations and improvements to financial processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accounts Officer, preferably in the construction industry.

Knowledge of Philippine accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
