RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Pipeline and Acquisiti
- Identify and research potential affinity partners within BDO and SM Group, and as well as external professional associations, financial institutions and other organizations
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified partnership prospects from initial outreach to contract finalizatio
- Develop compelling value propositions and presentation materials tailored to prospective partners needs and member demographics
- Negotiate terms of partnership, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize lead generation and distribution opportunity
Lead Generation and Sales Channel Management
- Strategize and oversee the effective implementation of telemarketing campaigns, working closely with insurance partners telemarketing teams
- Analyze campaign performance and member data to refine targeting, scripts, and overall telemarketing strategy to consistently increase conversion rate
- Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead volume, quality, and conversion rate against monthly sales targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify new opportunities for collaboration
- Explore new partnership models and campaign strategies to enhance acquisition performance
Relationship Management and Colla
- Serve as the primary point of contact for secured affinity partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and the seamless execution of co-marketing and sales initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally (internal and external) to ensure partner activities and agreements are compliant to internal and regulatory requirements, on-brand and effectively supported
- Recommend process and tool enhancements to increase efficiency and partner engagement
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, partnership acquisition, or a related sales-focused role
- Adequate product knowledge and background on non-life insurance products
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge on financial services primarily on banking and insurance
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing a sales/partnership pipeline that deliver measurable results
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills; able to translate data insights into actionable plans
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Demonstrable experience with telemarketing activities and other direct-response sales channels, including strategy development and performance analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with campaign analytics and performance tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies
