Role summary: Entry-to-mid role for a smart, reliable individual who can learn fast. Youll interview clients, manage documents, draft credit summaries (from templates), and coordinate files through approval. Well show you the ropes; you bring integrity, organization, and critical thinking.
What youll do
- Client point person: Conduct guided interviews (we provide scripts), explain requirements, and keep clients updated.
- Own the checklist: Collect, verify, and file IDs, income docs, and property papers; keep everything complete and organized.
- Draft credit summaries: Fill out our memo templates (facts, red flags, basic analysis); refine with supervisor feedback.
- Coordinate CI & handoffs: Work with our Credit Investigators; pass clean files to Legal/Finance and track conditions until release.
- Keep records tight: Follow SOPs, naming conventions, and privacy rules; maintain auditable folders and trackers.
- Improve the process: Spot bottlenecks, propose small fixes, and document what works.
What youll need
- Bachelors degree (any field).
- 13 years of experience
- Strong written English; can turn messy inputs into a clear and concise reports.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and sticks to checklists/SOPs.
- High integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive, etc. learns new tools fast.)
- On-site role (not WFH).
Nice to have (not required)
- Basic spreadsheet skills (filters, vlookup, simple formulas).
- Experience in any client-facing or documentation-heavy role.
How well train you
- Weeks 12: Case studies, shadow interviews, learn our checklists and file structure.
- Weeks 36: Run your own interviews with supervision; submit report drafts, work with Credit Investigators.
- Weeks 7 & beyond: Attain competence and work towards mastery, handle clients end-to-end.
What success looks like
- Files are complete, verifiable, and audit-ready.
- Reports are clear and factual, requiring minimal edits.
- Clients get proactive updates; no chasing us for status.
- You follow the processand improve it where sensible.
