Duties And Responsibilities

  • Account Growth and Retention
  • Develop and implement upselling strategies to grow accounts. Secure contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Manage ad placements and budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Conduct client onboarding and briefing meetings.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to capture and address client feedback effectively.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate client communications.
  • Project and Task Management
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor brand compliance in all deliverables.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content strategy and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare output and performance reports for internal and client review.
  • Gather client assets and brand resources needed for project execution.
  • Creative Development Support
  • Develop creative briefs for multimedia teams, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Process Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members in account and project management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team effectiveness.

Educational Background And Work Experience

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication or Commerce
  • At least 2-3 years work experience project management and accounts management
