What You'll Do:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing key Modern Trade (MT) accounts in the Philippines cosmetics market. This role focuses on commercial negotiations with MT partners to secure shelf space, display locations, and marketing resources, while closely coordinating with internal retail, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and achievement of channel sales targets.
A critical part of this role is managing post-negotiation execution, including display implementation, project management, and in-store fixture/furniture entry processes required in the Philippine retail market.
Key Account & Commercial Management
Lead commercial negotiations with MT customers to secure shelf space, display locations, promotional exposure, and marketing support.
Develop annual and quarterly account plans, aligned with channel sales targets and brand strategies.
Manage trading terms, promotions, and campaign execution with key MT partners.
Display & In-store Execution Management
Drive the end-to-end process of display point acquisition, from agreement to in-store execution.
Oversee display-related project management, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the fixture and furniture entry process, ensuring compliance with MT customer requirements, mall regulations, and local operational standards in the Philippines.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Retail Operations, Training, Supply Chain, Marketing, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution after commercial agreements are secured.
Align with the retail field team to ensure displays are properly installed, maintained, and utilized to drive sell-out.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor sales performance, display effectiveness, and promotion ROI at the account level.
Track execution progress and identify risks or delays, proposing corrective actions when needed.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on account performance and project execution status.
