Job Description

The ESF House Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Nursing Health Education (NHE) business by managing a portfolio of low-revenue house accounts. This role ensures consistent customer engagement and account coverage, allowing Sales Executives to focus on high value selling activities.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused ESF House Account Manager based in Manila to help drive this mission forward. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for helping clients realize value through strategic outreach and thoughtful engagement.

This position involves connecting with clients via phone or Zoom to assess needs, generate interest, and qualify leads. When digital product opportunities are identified, accounts are transitioned to Sales Executives for further development. The role is lead generation-focused, with long-term potential to contribute to year-over-year sales growth through relationship building and opportunity spotting.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ESF house accounts (e.g., ESF Nursing), managing relationships and ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Handle low-revenue accounts (under $1,000), monitor growth opportunities, and flag accounts for potential transition.
  • Conduct customer outreach via phone or Zoom to assess needs, generate interest, and qualify leads.
  • Escalate digital product interest to partner Sales Executives and set appointments when appropriate.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including desk copy requests, support issues, and general questions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including account activity and lead status.
  • Assist with non-selling tasks such as tracking custom packages and supporting administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ESF Nursing) to align strategy and territory planning on account.
  • Participate in territory reviews and contribute to pipeline development and lead generation efforts.
  • Support year-over-year sales growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required (2nd year level, no back subjects)
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience in B2B Sales/Inside Sales
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal), and strong presentation skills
  • Solid working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Account Renewal or Retention experience
  • Sales demo presentation

Additional Requirements For Internal Candidates

  • Must be in current role for 1 year
  • Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
  • Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
  • Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance
