Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Account Manager to identify, develop, and maintain business opportunities. The ideal candidate should understand computers, networking, CCTV, and other IT-related products, and proven experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to drive sales, expand market presence, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
2.Sales and Revenue Growth
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing or new customers and execute initiatives to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals for assigned brands.
3.Planning and Strategy
Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions and strategies that meet both client and company goals. Vigorous market promotion to capture sales opportunities.
4.Product and Industry Knowledge
Provide product expertise to customers as their first point of contact with the product and company. Stay up-to-date onindustry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and modify strategies.
5.Reports and Proposals
Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information including sales progress, customer feedback, field visit reports, market conditions, and minutes of meeting with customers. Prepare and negotiate customer proposals, quotes, and contracts.
6.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales team, product management, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
