Job Overview

The Account Manager plays a crucial client-facing role within Aeromark, as the main representative of the company in its partnership with Renue Systems. They are responsible for developing the business, building strong relationships with CMCs existing clients and forging new ones, while driving sales growth for the ventures services. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify opportunities, deliver solutions based on client needs, and ensure seamless end-to-end account servicing. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales OKRs, engage clients and enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to Aeromarks mission of delivering high-quality industrial solutions.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic account management
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations, presentations, and solution showcases to prospective and existing clients, working closely with Renue representatives to share the best of the business
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, transactions, and escalations
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
  • Work with fellow team members to design and implement strategies that align with corporate objectives
  • Coordinate closely with Technical Support to ensure timely servicing and resolution of client requirements
  • Collaborate with the Marketing to leverage campaigns, events, and initiatives for sales opportunities
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from initial engagement, account activation, to post-sales support
  • Oversee and support accounts receivable collection to ensure healthy cash flow
  • Continuously review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and evolving client needs
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management
  • Recommend actionable initiatives to strengthen Aeromarks market position

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a leadership position in any of the following environments: hospitality housekeeping, cleaning or facilities maintenance services, sales, and/or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive and results-driven, able to work both independently while coordinating closely with team members
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork
