Monitors and ensures achievement of sales target thru acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing portfolio
Analyzes and endorses proposal to Immediate Superiors based on approved limit on rates from Actuarial
Analyzes and recommends pricing, benefits packages, etc. to Immediate Superior to ensure closure/renewal of account
Analyzes, discusses and negotiates with Clients for closing and/or renewal of accounts
Reviews and escalates to Immediate Superior all pricing and benefits concerns for disposition
Collates data, analyzes, and prepares Client proposals based on pricing from Actuarial and Sales, updates presentation materials and correspondences and endorses them to Immediate Superior all pricing and benefits concerns for disposition.
Collaborates and schedule meetings, presentations and negotiations with Clients, depending on the size and sensitivity of the account
Collates data, reviews and ensures completeness of all supporting documents for closed/renewed accounts before submission to Immediate Superior for endorsement to Actuarial, QRFT, Underwriting and Account Management Support Team
Collaborates with other departments to ensure adherence to the contract stipulation
Reviews and ensures compliance to the Know-Your-Client (KYC) policies, good governance and other policies related to account management
Collates data, analyzes, prepares and ensures timely submission of weekly report to Immediate Superior on client information, updates or customer feedback, Sales Report, Calendar of Activities, DNR, P&L Report, etc.
Collates data, analyzes, prepares and submit Periodic Utilization Report to Clients/brokers
Experience And Training
Preferably with 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (B2B experience is a plus).
Background in healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical sales, or HMO industry is an advantage.
