- Litepanel supply only and successful delivery payment and collected transactions: 0.75% commission
- Supply and install and successful delivery payment and collected transactions: 1%
As a key member of our Sales Team, you will:
- Develop and manage client relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors across nationwide, promoting Litecretes innovative lightweight concrete product.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic territory planning, effective lead generation, and consistent follow-through on opportunities.
- Contribute to sustainable growth by promoting construction materials that reduce structural weight and environmental impact without compromising strength or quality.
- Collaborate within a diverse and inclusive team that values professionalism, continuous improvement, and mutual success.
Qualifications
- at least with 3-5 years of experience of Construction Sales Industry, and/or not limited to Real Estate and Sales Engineer position experience
- With extensive knowledge and good strategy in closing projects
- With strong desire to meet the monthly and yearly target
- Willing to learn new things and follow established work schedule
- Team player, assertive and goal-oriented individual
- Willing to travel outside Cebu for client presentations, client visits, mockups and projects
Job Responsibilities
- Key point of contact between an organization and the clients.
- Promote products and services to customers.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Negotiate contracts, quotation with the aim of maximizing sales / profits.
- Answering queries, offering advice, introducing products and services.
- Organizing site visits, establishing new accounts, doing saturation or phone calls.
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM System (Monday.com is an advantage).
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Maintain sales forecasting aiming to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Reviewing and preparing weekly and monthly sales performance using sales scoreboard.

- Phone screening initial interview,
- If qualified, ask for consent to record a video on how he/she sells the previous products he/she handled. How he/she convinces the customer to buy the product and the confidence in the way he/she presents.,
- If qualified, the candidate will be given the sample Litepanel Product and invited to report on-site or in the office for the 2 days of paid training and studying how the current Sales Account Manager presents the product. Right after 2 days, a presentation will follow to the top management (COO, Assistant Sales Manager, and Construction Manager).,
- If qualified, a job offer will follow, along with salary negotiations, etc.
