Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager with strong business development skills to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and expand staffing business. The role involves end-to-end client handling, revenue generation, and ensuring successful delivery of recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new clients in IT staffing.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Client Coordination:
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Share clear job requirements and expectations with internal teams.
- Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Revenue & Targets:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly billing and hiring targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ensure profitability and margin management.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Required Skills:
