Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Calabarzon, Philippines. This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for client needs and inquiries. Day-to-day activities include identifying customer requirements, coordinating with internal technical and manufacturing teams to develop suitable power solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Account Manager will monitor project timelines, ensure quality standards and service commitments are met, and support after-sales service and issue resolution. The role also involves tracking market trends, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated account management and customer relationship skills, including the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in sales or business development within technical, industrial, or power-related products or services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in using CRM and productivity software.
- Basic technical understanding of power solutions, electrical equipment, or related engineering concepts (formal engineering background is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site in Calabarzon, collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team, and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment and commitment to a Customer First service philosophy.
