Through Basecamp, Power Mac Center provides Apple training and certification programs for creative and IT professionals, as well as non-certification courses for individuals and groups. Its Enterprise, Education, and SMB teams deliver integrated Apple solutions and industry best practices for corporate clients, educational institutions, and entrepreneurs.

Role Description The Enterprise Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, responsible for supporting and managing relationships with key accounts in the enterprise, education, and SMB segments. This role includes assisting in the development and execution of account plans, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

The Enterprise Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and support, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Day-to-day activities include preparing reports and forecasts, tracking account activities, participating in client meetings, and responding to account inquiries. The role also involves gathering market and customer insights to support business planning and contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management capabilities, including experience or interest in Key Accounts and client relationship building.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support business planning and sales forecasting.
  • Customer service orientation, with the ability to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client experiences.
  • Basic understanding of business planning and sales processes, ideally within retail, technology, or B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) and willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Interest in Apple products, services, and ecosystems; prior experience in technology or consumer electronics is an advantage.
