Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing ongoing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee project deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and
addressing inquiries promptly.
Build and nurture long-term relationships by understanding client goals and ensuring their
needs are met.
Calling Client Leads and Setting a Time with them.
Creating Building Marketing Campaigns
Manage project time lines, deliverables, and resources to ensure high-quality results within
deadlines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, development, sales) to
execute client requirements.
Monitor account performance, prepare progress reports, and present updates to clients.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
Resolve conflicts or challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to deliver strategic insights to clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role
(preferably in digital marketing, IT, or creative services).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using project management and CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Hubspot,
Salesforce).
Self-motivated with a client-first mindset.
