Role Description

This is a full time WFH role for an Account Manager specializing in MSP and Partner Cybersecurity solutions. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and cybersecurity partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing client accounts, addressing customer needs related to cybersecurity solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, supporting mutual business success, and staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, partner management, and relationship building
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and Managed Service Provider (MSP) landscapes
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop innovative strategies for growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales process management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred
  • Industry certifications in cybersecurity (such as CISSP, CISM, or similar) are advantageous
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Salary: up to 100k per month plus competitive commission
