Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Account Manager role. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage campaigns, and act as the main point of contact for both clients and influencers. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining partnerships, creating project plans, ensuring quality assurance, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering effective results that align with client objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of influencer marketing campaigns by maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning and relationship management skills to nurture client relationships and facilitate influencer collaborations
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to create, execute, and oversee well-structured campaigns
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to evaluate campaign success and provide insights
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage correspondence between clients, influencers, and internal teams
• Experience or knowledge in influencer marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus
