We run an Executive Knowledge Network: 11 private, peer-only video communities for the world's most senior leaders. Sponsors include SAP, Oracle, NICE, Aqua, walkme, AISERA, Televero Health, General Assembly, EtherFAX, CloudTask, and more. Our protocol gets 36+ senior decision-makers in front of our clients every 60 days, with reply rates above 30% and average client retention above 5 years.
We're looking for one Account Producer to own the highest-leverage 25 minutes in our entire business: the conversation we have with a guest after we've recorded their episode.
The role in one paragraph
We invite C-suite executives to be guests on our private video series. They show up, we record a 60-minute conversation, and we hand them a polished episode. What's broken: nobody picks up the relationship after that. The Account Producer fixes it. You'll run a structured post-interview motion - a thank-you, a 25-minute marketing-assistant meeting, and a podcast-as-a-service proposal - that converts warm interviewees into long-term clients.
This is not a cold-outreach role. Every person you contact has just spent 60 minutes with our team and walked away with a polished asset. The job is converting that goodwill into a real conversation about how we'd work together.
What you'll do
- Run a daily review of the recordings pipeline. Identify which guests are ready for follow-up.
- Send personal, specific thank-you outreach to each guest within 24 hours of their episode being ready.
- Book a 25-minute marketing-assistant meeting with each guest.
- Run that meeting yourself: walk them through their amplification plan (LinkedIn posts, network outreach, speaking submissions), then transition into a conversation about whether we should run the same protocol for their business.
- Generate a personalized proposal within 48 hours of the meeting.
- Run a structured 30-day follow-up cadence.
- Close the deal.
What we're looking for
- 2-5 years in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or a hybrid producer/sales role.
- Comfortable on camera and on the phone. You'll record a Loom walkthrough for every proposal you send.
- Strong written communication. You'll write a lot of personalized email and LinkedIn DMs.
- Self-managed. You'll be running 30 active relationships at any given time without daily supervision.
- Genuine interest in executive-level conversations. Our pipeline is C-suite leaders at companies like SAP and Oracle. You'll be talking to them regularly.
- Bonus: marketing, podcasting, or content production background.
Location and hours
The role can be remote with strong async discipline. Account owners are spread across timezones (Sydney, US, Europe), so the hire should be flexible on call windows.
How to apply
Send us:
- A 90-second Loom introducing yourself, talking about why this role specifically interests you.
- A short writing sample: an email you'd actually send to a CEO who just finished a 60-minute interview with you. Make it up - we want to see your judgement, not your CV.
- Sent this to: [Confidential Information]
What we don't want
- Career SDRs looking for a step up to AE - this role is hybrid, not pure sales, and the producer instincts matter as much as the closing skills.
- People who think automation is a substitute for personal touch on a call with a CEO.
- Anyone who opens emails with I hope this email finds you well.
