Food Safety & Hygiene Academy of the Philippines (FoodSHAP®) is the leading and first educational institution in the Philippines dedicated to developing world-class Food Safety Qualification Programs for food handlers and food safety inspection services under ISO/IEC 17020. We support and fund sustainable programs, including free training, public awareness campaigns, and capacity-building initiatives to benefit food handlers, businesses, and communities across the country.

About the Role

FoodSHAP Inc. is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, and promoting our Food Safety Training programs to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
  • Needs Assessment – Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Market Research – Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, graphics, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Sales Reporting – Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide reports to management.
  • Continuous Growth – Seek client feedback and refine sales strategies for ongoing improvement.

What We're Looking For 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology/Microbiology Business, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or any related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch to clients confidently.
  • Target-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to Travel: Must be open to fieldwork and client visits.
