Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Key Accounts Head / Enterprise Solutions Head (depending on assignment)
Location: Pasig City (with field work and travel as required)
Role Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and building long-term business relationships.
This role is expected to actively identify opportunities, generate leads, conduct product presentations, negotiate business agreements, and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a hunter mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, corporate clients, or institutional customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and business agreements within company guidelines.
- Close sales opportunities and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Account Management
- Grow existing customer accounts by expanding product assortment and increasing sales volume.
- Develop account plans and sales strategies for key customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and after-sales service.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
Sales Planning & Execution
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Recommend strategies to improve market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Ensure proper implementation of merchandising and promotional activities where applicable.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.
- Update CRM and sales reports on time.
- Monitor collections and coordinate with Finance regarding customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and pricing guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Field Sales.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, IT Products, Mobile, Retail, Distribution, Appliances, B2B, FMCG, or Technology is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willing to travel and conduct field work.
