Role Description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with new and existing clients in the coffee distribution industry. This role involves setting sales goals, developing strategies, and ensuring that monthly sales targets are met. The Account Executive will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Goals:

  • Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.

Prospecting and Account Generation:

  • Research potential prospects and generate new accounts.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.

Client Engagement:

  • Meet clients for briefings and present proposals for approval.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (in terms of machine).

Sales Targets:

  • Meet monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Regularly review sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Client Meetings and Reporting:

  • Meet clients to discuss strategy and report on progress.
  • Respond to clients requests promptly and efficiently.

Sales Activities:

  • Participate in sales meetings, marketing activities, expos, and other related sales events.
  • Represent the company at industry events and promote its products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the coffee distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

Work Environment

This role primarily operates in an office environment, with occasional travel to key account meetings, client visits, and industry events.
