The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for conducting high-quality discovery calls with prospective and existing Atticus Advisory Solutions clients. This role ensures an accurate understanding of client needs, challenges, and desired outcomes to help shape effective recruitment and staffing solutions. The AE collaborates closely with SDRs, Recruitment, Client Success, and Delivery teams to convert discovery insights into qualified opportunities and smooth handovers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured discovery calls to understand client business models, talent requirements, timelines, and budget considerations.
Use consultative-selling and needsanalysis frameworks to uncover the client's core problems, decision criteria, and success metrics.
Document discovery call notes in HubSpot with clear next steps and qualification scoring.
Coordinate with Recruitment and Client Success to validate feasibility, job requirements, and proposed solutions.
Work with SDRs to ensure a seamless lead-to-deal pipeline flow.
Provide recommendations to prospects based on Atticus value proposition, market trends, and best-fit staffing models.
Ensure all opportunities are properly tracked and advanced in the sales pipeline.
Follow Atticus sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, Never Split the Difference).
Assist in handover briefs for Recruitment, ensuring JD, costing, and expectations are aligned.
Support Sales leadership with forecasting, reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience in sales, consulting, customer success, or account management (BPO/offshoring/tech staffing experience is a plus).
Strong communication and questioning skills, with the ability to uncover deep client needs.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
Ability to confidently speak with Clevel and senior decisionmakers.
High attention to detail in documentation, qualification, and followthrough.
Strong business acumen and understanding of staffing/offshoring market dynamics.
