About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Account Executive to help drive business growth and build long-term relationships with clients in the education and SME sectors. You'll be the bridge between customers and our technical team identifying needs, presenting tailored IT solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within schools and SMEs.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor account performance, renewals, and issue resolutions.
- Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to enhance offerings.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- At least 2 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in IT or education.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and software integration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel or drive for client meetings.
