Were looking for an experienced Zoho CRM and n8n developer to build an integrated workflow that automates our telemarketing and sales operations.
About Us
We are a tire and lubricant distribution company with active telemarketing and field sales teams. We want to centralize our leads and inquiries through Zoho CRM.
Project Goals
Integrate Viber and Messenger inquiries into Zoho CRM (via n8n workflows)
Auto-create or update leads/deals when inquiries come in
Customize CRM modules for telemarketers (track calls, follow-ups, reports)
Set up access for field agents to view inventory, SKUs, and prices
Automate SKU search from product descriptions
Create reports and dashboards for management tracking
Required Skills
Advanced Zoho CRM customization (Deluge scripting, workflow automation)
Strong experience with n8n integrations and APIs
Familiarity with Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, or external inventory systems
Optional: experience with Viber/Messenger API
Deliverables
Fully functional integration between Zoho CRM and messaging platforms
Documented workflows and setup instructions
Short user guide for our team
