- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing or optimizing YouTube channels.
- Portfolio required showcasing thumbnail design, short-form edits, or other relevant visual work.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for rapid, high-quality thumbnail creation.
- Ability to extract clean, high-quality still frames from long-form content.
- Experience using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for metadata and content ideation.
- Proficiency with rapid short-form editing tools (OpusClip, Captions, or similar).
- Strong ability to build, analyze, and present data-backed reports for clients and internal teams (reporting is a must).
- Experience juggling multiple client channels, deadlines, and deliverables.
