We are looking for a
Youtube Product Manager AI to launch, scale, and optimize multiple international YouTube channels.
You will own the
entire content production pipeline - from scripting to final video delivery - while leveraging
AI tools to maximize efficiency and scalability. This role combines
creative execution, data-driven optimization and product thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale multiple YouTube channels targeting different international markets, languages, and audiences.
- Own the full content production cycle:
- Scriptwriting
- AI or simple human voice-over generation
- Video editing and motion design
- Thumbnail creation and optimization
- Produce engaging, high-quality videos using AI-powered tools (text-to-speech, generative video, visual asset creation, thumbnail optimization, etc.).
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for final video cutting, audio mixing, and overall polish.
- Apply YouTube growth best practices (CTR, watch time, retention, SEO).
- Analyze performance data and competitor benchmarks to continuously improve content results.
- Build and maintain a scalable production system for launching new channels efficiently.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent publishing schedules.
- Collaborate with (and later help recruit) video editors, voice-over artists, and other creators as the team grows.
Ideal Technical Requirements
- Highly autonomous, organized and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- High proficiency video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro required; After Effects / motion graphics is a plus).
- Proven experience with top-tier AI content creation tools such as:
- Runway, Midjourney (Video), ElevenLabs or similar.
- Proven interest or experience in YouTube growth strategy and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working with AI-generated voice-overs (no human VO required).
- Strong storytelling instincts and curiosity for global media trends.
- Fluent in English
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (speed test may be required).
