We're looking for a talented YouTube & Facebook Ads Campaign Manager / Media Buyer to join our team and take the lead on scaling paid campaigns that drive measurable results.
ResponsibilitiesLaunch, manage, and optimize Facebook and YouTube ad campaigns focused on lead generation and sales funnels.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, YouTube conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.
Build and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns to improve performance.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance through dashboards or spreadsheets.
Manage ad budgets efficiently and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Collaborate with our marketing automation team (GoHighLevel / ClickFunnels) to ensure proper tracking and funnel optimization.
Provide strategic recommendations on scaling, creative direction, and campaign improvement based on performance insights.
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and YouTube Ads.
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving positive ROI.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
Experience setting up Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and resolving tracking issues.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads Dashboard.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for optimization opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during business hours.
Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or Hyros tracking platforms.
Background in running ads for coaching, consulting, or real estate offers.
Familiarity with email/SMS automation and ad-to-funnel optimization workflows.
