  • Passionate about helping audiences understand the Australian property market through smart, creative storytelling.

  • Agency experience is a plus, but what matters most is your profound understanding of YouTube audiences and content formats, especially for brand channels that educate and influence high-intent viewers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Shape St Trinity's YouTube Content Strategy

  • Develop content strategies that support St Trinity's mission: educate, engage, and empower property buyers and investors.

  • Create content pillars around market updates, project walkthroughs, finance tips, investor education, case studies, expert interviews, and community stories.

Produce Impactful YouTube Videos

  • Script, plan, and structure videos with strong hooks and high retention, simplifying complex property and finance topics.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and developments teams to capture meaningful stories around projects and client success.

Optimize the Channel for Growth

  • Manage thumbnails, titles, metadata, playlists, and SEO using a deep understanding of YouTube best practices.

  • Ensure each video is optimized for visibility, watch time, and searchability especially for audiences interested in Australian real estate and investment.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with marketing, creatives, and subject-matter experts to ensure YouTube content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.

  • Tailor video concepts for how audiences discover and engage with property content on YouTube.

Analyze, Report & Improve

  • Track channel analytics retention curves, CTR, search traffic, viewer behavior and present actionable recommendations.

  • Continuously refine scripts, styles, thumbnails, formats, and publishing cadence based on actual performance data.

Stay Ahead of Market & Platform Trends

  • Monitor YouTube trends, real estate shifts, finance news, and emerging content formats to identify opportunities for St Trinity to lead conversations.

  • Work proactively to keep St Trinity's channel positioned as a trusted, authoritative voice in the Australian property space.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 35+ years experience in YouTube content creation, scripting, editing, or channel management.

  • Proven ability to produce educational or documentary-style content property, finance, business, or investment categories preferred.

  • Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut.

  • Ability to simplify property investment concepts for a general audience.

  • Experience with YouTube Analytics, VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends, and platform optimization strategies.

  • Skilled in storytelling, scripting, and structuring long-form and short-form YouTube videos.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Understanding of the Australian property market is a big plus.
