Job Descriptio
- nSupports the Workspace Manager in maintaining the overall appearance of the foodpanda office
- .Will serve as the company's Safety Officer, responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization
- .Coordinates with the third party service providers for housekeeping, security, and building administration
- .Coordinates with the building administration for building permits (elevator, gate pass, visitors, working permits)
- .Handles the office and pantry supplies inventory and coordinates with the Procurement team
- .Handles the creation of company ID, access badge and parking access for new hires, agency hires, and selected provincial employees
- .Supports budget monitoring and tracking expenses for the facilities tea
