Job Summary
The Workforce Planning & Business Continuity Lead is responsible for workforce forecasting, scheduling, and intraday performance management, while also leading business continuity planning and execution. This role ensures staffing efficiency, service-level attainment, and operational resilience through data-driven analysis, structured continuity planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and schedule development to meet service-level targets.
- Monitor adherence, shrinkage, and intraday performance; implement real-time staffing adjustments with operations leaders.
- Develop and maintain WFM dashboards and reports with actionable insights and executive summaries.
- Lead development, governance, and updates of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) aligned with enterprise standards.
- Plan and execute BCP testing and simulation exercises; document findings and drive remediation actions.
- Maintain BCM risk registers, issue logs, and action trackers; provide leadership updates.
- Ensure audit readiness, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Facilities, and Transition teams to align workforce and continuity strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in workforce planning/scheduling or business continuity support.
- Experience in forecasting, schedule optimization, intraday management, and BCP documentation/testing.
- Strong dashboarding and KPI reporting skills.
- WFM platform certification/training. (Preferred)
- ISO 22301 awareness or related business continuity certification. (Preferred)
