Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication, while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals
Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies to include: Forecasting and capacity planning, Scheduling, Real-time monitoring.
Interface with leaders to understand the fast changing business needs and make updates where necessary
Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team
Coordinates with third party partners on the headcount requirements and monitors agency performance and compliance
Requirements
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field under an Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management
Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
